Concrete Finisher/ Mason

Essential Functions:

  • Perform Production Tasks
  • Participates in “safety tool box meetings”
  • Assist Skilled Laborer and Foreman as directed
  • Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
  • Concrete – forming, preparation, pouring, and finishing
  • Framing – metal and wood, trusses, and sheeting
  • Layout dimension from blue prints
  • Ability to interpret written directions/specifications
  • Masonry- basic fundamentals of block and brick installation
  • Other duties as assigned by the Vice President and/or the President

Required Education and Experience

  • Willingness to further education by attending apprenticeship training or other job skills training offered by the company
  • Basic first aid training
  • 10-Hour OSHA Training
  • MSHA Part 46 Training
  • 5 years minimum experience

Basic Tools Required – Tools to kept with employee at all times and in good working condition
